Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These terms govern your use of NOVERI, a supervision and practice-hours record-keeping platform provided by Niraivo Health Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC178791. By creating an account or using NOVERI you agree to these terms.

1. The service

NOVERI is a tool for trainee psychologists, counsellors, and allied mental health professionals, and their supervisors and institutions, to log supervised-practice hours, record cases and supervision, and produce records and exports.

NOVERI is a record-keeping system. It is not a clinical service, a clinical record system, a learning management system, or a regulator submission system.

2. What NOVERI is not — please read

This is the most important clause in these terms.

NOVERI does not confer, validate, or guarantee any qualification, accreditation, or regulatory status. The hours you log and the sign-offs you receive within NOVERI are a record kept between you and your supervisor or institution. They do not replace, and are not equivalent to, the official requirements, records, or processes of any professional body, regulator, or training programme.

It is your responsibility to confirm that any record you produce from NOVERI meets the requirements of your regulator or training programme. We make no representation that NOVERI's records or export formats satisfy the requirements of any specific regulator. Where export templates exist, the definition and validity of an institution's template is owned by that institution, not by us.

You should keep your own records as required by your regulator or programme, and not rely on NOVERI as your sole or official record.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • enter information that identifies a client or patient. You must use anonymised case references only, as set out in our Privacy Policy;
  • log false, inflated, or misleading hours, or otherwise misuse the sign-off and audit features;
  • attempt to access another user's data without authorisation, including a trainee's private reflective journal;
  • attempt to circumvent the security, integrity, or audit features of the platform;
  • use NOVERI unlawfully or in breach of your professional obligations.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, particularly where the integrity of supervision or audit records is at risk.

5. Reflective journal

Reflective journal entries are private to the trainee. Supervisors and institutions do not have access to them and they are never included in exports. Do not treat any other part of the platform as private in the same way: cases, worksheets, supervision records, and messages are shared by design with your linked supervisor or institution as the feature requires.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the applicable fee for your tier and region on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

7. Intellectual property

The NOVERI platform, its software, design, and content (excluding your data and any institutional content) belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the data and records you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your data in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Disclaimers

NOVERI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any record or export will meet the requirements of a particular regulator or institution (see clause 2). NOVERI does not provide clinical, legal, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for any consequence of your reliance on a NOVERI record where you have not independently confirmed it meets your regulator's or programme's requirements. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we cease to provide the service. On closure, our handling of your data follows our Privacy Policy, and you should export any records you wish to keep beforehand.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the application. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
